Shipping Policy

Made to Order

Each Arcform instrument is built to order in Englewood, Colorado. Estimated production and shipping window is 8–12 weeks from the date of your deposit. We will email you when your instrument enters final inspection and again when it ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not yet available; contact us at orders@arcformguitars.com if you are outside the U.S. and we will let you know when international service opens.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included in the price of your instrument. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur an additional fee, quoted at the time of order.

Carrier and Insurance

Instruments ship via insured ground service in a hardshell case inside a double-boxed outer carton. Tracking is provided by email. All shipments are insured for their full purchase value. A signature is required at delivery.

Damage in Transit

Inspect your instrument upon delivery. If the outer carton or case shows visible damage, photograph it before opening and contact us at orders@arcformguitars.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file the carrier claim and arrange repair or replacement. For internal manufacturing defects discovered after unboxing, see the 7-day defect window in our Refund Policy.

Missed Delivery

If the carrier cannot deliver (no one home to sign, address issues, or refused delivery) and the instrument is returned to us, you are responsible for re-shipment costs. Repeated delivery failures may result in the order being treated as a buyer-initiated return subject to the restocking fee in our Refund Policy.
